Job summary

The Malvern School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom at The Malvern School of Blue Bell, PA. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with a focus on implementing a high-quality Early Childhood Education program.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related fields (with required credits) or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience, and demonstrate strong communication with families and a commitment to professional growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with licensure eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 30 credit hours in ECE/related field and 1 year of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree with 30 credit hours in ECE/related field and 3 years of experience with children.

• Plan and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
