Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education. The general duties will be as follows.

• Teacher plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy
• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class
• Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children
• An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children
• An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children
