The Malvern School in Frazer, PA is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and focuses on delivering a high-quality Early Childhood Education program.

You will supervise and implement the curriculum, maintain a safe classroom, and communicate regularly with families using in-person meetings and technology. A degree in related fields is required with varying experience options.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.

• Teacher plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

To qualify for a lead teaching position with The Malvern School you must meet one of the follow criteria:

• A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
• A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
• An associates degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
• An associates degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
