ADP, Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement Program Manager in Buffalo, NY. This full-time role focuses on advancing tobacco-free initiatives, coalition leadership, and community mobilization across Erie and Niagara counties.

Hybrid schedule includes 2 days in the office and 3 remote days. The position requires a public health background with five+ years leading community initiatives, strong policy advocacy, and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus at least five years of hands-on experience leading community-based public health or tobacco control initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Program planning and subject matter expertise to design and implement tobacco control initiatives.
• Coalition leadership and community mobilization to recruit and manage diverse community groups.
• Operations, budget and reporting, including monthly progress to state agencies.
• Coordinate training, media messaging, and stakeholder education for policy changes.
