Qualifications

• Doctorate in public health or related field with at least 5 years of work experience.

• Budgets, contracts, and fundraising experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an equity-based tobacco control strategy and plans.
• Oversee community engagement and maintain relationships with partners.
• Support program evaluation, surveillance, and manuscript development.
• Manage financial administration, funds allocation, and contracts.
• Coordinate communications: social/digital content and publications.
• Support staff management, hiring, and onboarding.
