The To-Go Specialist position is about:

• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with placing their To-Go orders.
• Maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image.
• Possessing proficient knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to guests and answer questions.
• Monitoring and entering all orders from 3rd party To-Go platforms into the POS and properly delivering orders to dedicated drivers.
• Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, including retrieving orders from the kitchen and packaging them appropriately.
• Setting up and maintaining the dedicated workstation throughout the shift.
• Preparing supplies for the shift, including to-go condiments and sauces.
• Assisting other FOH staff with service points during downtime.
• Adhering to all Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
