The To-Go Specialist position involves:

• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with placing their To-Go orders.
• Maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, professional appearance.
• Possessing proficient knowledge of the menu to explain offerings and answer questions.
• Monitoring and entering all orders from third-party To-Go platforms into the POS system and delivering orders to drivers.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly, including retrieving orders from the kitchen and packaging them appropriately.
• Setting up and maintaining the workstation during the shift.
• Preparing supplies such as condiments and sauces for the shift.
• Assisting other FOH staff during downtime.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
