The To-Go Specialist position involves:

• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with placing their To-Go orders
• Maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, professional appearance
• Possessing proficient knowledge of the menu to explain offerings and answer questions
• Monitoring and entering all orders from third-party To-Go platforms into the POS and delivering orders to drivers
• Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, including retrieving orders from the kitchen and packaging them properly
• Setting up and maintaining the workstation throughout the shift
• Preparing supplies for the shift, such as condiments and sauces
• Assisting other FOH staff with service points during downtime
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies of Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille
