Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Morrisville, NC is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm, attentive hospitality for off-premise orders. You will greet guests, ensure order accuracy, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized take-out area.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours or more).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and strong customer service focus.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.
