Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm hospitality for off-premise orders and ensure accuracy from order to pickup. You will greet guests, confirm details, and process payments using the POS system.

You will work in a fast-paced front-of-house setting, maintaining a clean To-Go area, coordinating with team members, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset with patience and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from shift.
• Must be 18 or older for FOH positions.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.

• Must have reliable transportation.
