Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm, attentive hospitality for take-out orders, ensuring every off-premise experience mirrors in‑restaurant service.

You'll greet guests, review orders for accuracy, process payments, and keep the To-Go area organized while collaborating with the Front of House team. This role offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and training to help you become a hospitality expert.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.
