Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Pennsylvania is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure warm hospitality and accurate takeout orders, delivering the same care as dine-in service. You will greet guests, prepare, review, and confirm orders, and handle payments with a courteous, professional approach.

You will maintain the To-Go area, communicate clearly by phone, and work with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest‑oriented mindset and patience.
• Positive working relationships with team members.

• Reliable transportation.
• FOH age requirement of 18+.
