We're searching for fabulous Speed of Service Experts (Drive-Thru Attendants) to join our team!!
PositionSummary:
OurSpeed of Service Expertplays a critical role inmaintainingwarmth, thoughtfulattention, accuracy, and blazing speed.This roleisresponsible forefficiently and accurately taking customer orders,primarily through the drive-thru,preparing foodfor delivery, and ensuring a positive customer experience within the drive-thru lanes. Youneed to be friendly, quick, and able to handle a variety of tasks, including order processing, food preparation, and cash handling.
- Mindset:Shine for ourguests,making them feel special andwelcome.
- Greeting Customers: Warmly greet customers at the drive-thru window.
- Taking Orders: Accurately and efficiently take customer orders, both verbally and through the order taking system.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are prepared correctly, includingpaper products,condiments,and any special requests.
- Food Preparation: Assistwith food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches, packaging food, and preparing drinks.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions, calculate change, andoperatethe point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Legendary Hospitality: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cleanliness: Maintaina clean and organized work area, including the drive-thru window, counter, and surrounding space.
- Safety: Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates flexibility and mental agility when assessing and responding to various routine and non-routine situations.
- Ability to act decisively with or without sufficient information.
- Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a workstation andmaintaina clean and organized environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Aboveaveragemathskills.
- Apositiveattitudeandgoodmanners.
- Neatpersonalappearanceandproperpersonalhygiene.
- Must be18years of ageor older.
- Valid Server Permit (ABC Card).
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
