Job summary

Hannaford is seeking a Store Associate in Bedford, NH to perform Hannaford to Go duties and in-store tasks. You will follow policies, assist customers, manage pickup orders, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and leadership to support a high-volume supermarket environment. You will work with a team across shifts, handling transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines for perishable goods and customer service

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and follow policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are processed promptly, with focus on perishables.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or hazards.
• Bag or package merchandise according to policies for customer pickup.
• Control use of store supplies and manage inventory in agreed manner.
• Assist in spill cleanup to prevent accidents.
• Identify produce varieties and keep knowledge current for customers.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks as required.
