You will take orders, provide accurate quotes for wait times, operate the POS system, and collaborate with Back of House and management to complete orders. Our Roadies are part of a fun, growth-oriented team with weekly pay and generous benefits after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a legendary welcome and goodbye for To-Go guests.
• Answers calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Knows the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Maintains organization and accuracy when packaging orders.
• Collaborates with Back of House staff to complete orders.
• Provides quotes on order completion times with managers.
• Understands online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Uses the POS system to place To-Go orders and process transactions.
• Practices proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrates teamwork at all times.
