Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carryout operations, ensuring legendary food quality and service for To-Go guests. You’ll handle take-out orders, answer calls, and use the POS system to process transactions, all while maintaining order accuracy and a welcoming, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Back of House, providing accurate quotes on order times, and following safety/sanitation procedures.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to handle orders with accuracy and courtesy.
• Familiarity with POS systems and mobile/online ordering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a legendary welcome and goodbye to guests placing or picking up orders.
• Answer calls with proper phone etiquette and take accurate orders.
• Know the menu to take and place orders correctly.
• Package orders with high organization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Back of House staff to complete orders.

• Use online/mobile ordering systems and POS for transactions.
