Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a friendly Store Associate to provide fast, courteous service and support the To-Go Lead in maintaining high standards. You will help to maximize sales through excellent customer service and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with pickup orders, and ensuring proper use of equipment and safety procedures. A high school diploma and good communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Engage customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with shopping and order pickup.
• Operate tills, bag, and label purchases efficiently.
• Adhere to store policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with maintaining To-Go area and equipment.
• Complete CBT and Training Aid courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
