Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide fast, friendly service and support in-store operations. You will assist customers, process orders, and help maintain a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scanning and bagging items, verifying IDs for alcohol sales, and contributing to a clean, efficient To-Go area. Training will cover store standards and safety, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements, when applicable.
