Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Exhibit alignment with Food Lion values and standards.
• Ability to shop multiple customer orders using designated tools.
• Recognize or differentiate produce varieties in the store.
• Substitute items when requested.
• Scan, bag, and label purchases accurately per policy.
• Verify IDs for alcoholic beverage sales.
• Assist customers picking up orders.
• Complete Accountability Form from end to end process.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Wear Food Lion uniform and maintain neat appearance.
• Control store expenses with proper use of supplies.
• Adhere to all guidelines, policies and standard practices.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions; report to QA as needed.
• Complete CBT and Training Aid courses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
