Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards.
• Assist the Food Lion To-Go Lead in maintaining standards according to the standard practice manual.
• Maximize sales through excellent customer service.
• Smiles and greets each customer, using name whenever possible and provides prompt, accurate service.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Scan, bag, and label purchases efficiently and accurately following company policy.
• Verify IDs and observe policies for sale of alcohol.
• Support customers picking up orders and complete accountability forms.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Maintain store supplies and adhere to guidelines, policies, and safety standards.
