Job summary

Ozark Center is seeking a TMS Technician to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of a treating physician. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or similar Health Care Clinical Certification is preferred.
• 1 year working in behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated outreach, support, and follow-up services to individuals requesting TMS services through adult programs provided within and outside of Ozark Center.
• Administer therapeutic TMS services at the direction of the treating provider.
• Assist in coordinating psychiatric treatment needs through monitoring of patient symptoms and behavioral health needs; provide medical intervention in emergency situations.
• Follow established treatment and office procedures, including maintaining confidentiality, documentation standards, and managing referrals.
• Manage insurance preauthorizations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
