Job summary

Stella Mental Health is seeking a full-time TMS Technician / Patient Care Coordinator for our San Diego clinic. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, supporting interventional psychiatric treatments and daily clinic operations.

You will conduct treatment sessions, monitor patients, maintain documentation, and help ensure patients feel informed and cared for throughout their care journey, with a focus on privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, clinical, or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and patient-centered approach.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use an EMR system.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse professionals.
• Professional attitude and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interventional psychiatric treatment sessions and document services accurately.
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional status and provide individualized care.
• Provide care and monitoring according to physician orders and policies.
• Prepare and review medical records to evaluate status.
• Educate and support patients throughout treatment with professionalism.
• Maintain patient rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
