Job summary

Stella Mental Health in San Diego, CA is seeking a full-time TMS Technician / Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinical team. You will conduct interventional psychiatric treatments, monitor patient status, and maintain accurate records while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

This in-person role runs Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a focus on documentation, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with physicians and therapists to support daily clinic operations and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare, clinical, patient care, or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within an electronic medical record system.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional individualized patient care.
• Ability to reliably commute to the San Diego clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interventional psychiatric treatment sessions and document services accurately and timely.
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional status and provide individualized patient care.
• Provide patient care and monitoring according to physician orders, care plans, established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and review medical records to evaluate patients' physical and emotional status.
• Educate and support patients throughout their treatment experience and respond to questions with professionalism and compassion.
• Protect patient rights and maintain the confidentiality of personal and medical information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
