Job summary

MindCare TMS Center in Midtown Manhattan seeks a board-certified Psychiatrist with TMS expertise for an outpatient role. You will drive clinical assessment, TMS prescribing, and patient management in a high-volume clinic with supportive staff.

This is not traditional therapy; responsibilities include evaluating candidacy, tailoring TMS protocols, supervising technicians, and coordinating with therapists and PCPs. Partnership track offered; competitive base with a productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified in Psychiatry
• 2+ years outpatient psychiatry experience
• TMS certification or eligibility
• Active NY medical license or eligible
• DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient psychiatric evaluations for TMS candidacy
• Prescribe and oversee TMS treatment protocols
• Review technician reports and adjust parameters as needed
• Manage medication tapering plans for TMS patients
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure protocol compliance
• Participate in case conferences and peer review
• Collaborate with referring therapists and PCPs

We are one of New York's most established TMS practices, having served over 3,000 patients since 2015.You'll serve as the prescribing and supervising physician for our high-volume TMS clinic, working alongside 2 other psychiatrists and a team of technicians. This is not a therapy role — your focus is on clinical assessment, TMS prescribing, and patient management.Competitive base salary with a productivity bonus structure.
