Job summary

Mercer University in Macon, GA is seeking a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Coordinator for Mercer Medicine. The role oversees all processes related to administering TMS, including device preparation, reviewing treatment information with patients, and scheduling.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Human Services or related field, plus five years’ total experience or an equivalent combination of education and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Total five years of relevant experience or equivalent education/certifications.
• CPR, Seizure Response Training and TMS Certification (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement all TMS processes from device preparation to treatment administration.
• Schedule and document all TMS sessions; monitor patient wellbeing and clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate with Clinical Staff to follow established guidelines.
• Administrative support including intake forms, safety screenings, consent/financial forms, and depression scales.
