Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Human Services or related field; total five years relevant experience if no degree.
• CPR certification, Seizure Response Training and completion of TMS Certification required or must be earned within 6 months of start date.
• Proficiency using a computer to check patients in/out, post payments and scan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement all processes and procedures related to administering TMS, including device prep and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Clinical Staff to ensure treatment follows established guidelines.
• Schedule and document all aspects of TMS treatment.
• Deliver empathetic patient care and support to a vulnerable population.
• Assist with intake forms, safety screening, consent forms and weekly depression scales.
