Job summary

Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks an Interventional Technician to support TMS therapy, Spravato, and Ketamine services in a clinical setting. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and clinical excellence.

The position requires setting up TMS devices, monitoring sessions, taking vitals, documenting notes, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ years medical office experience preferred
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• HIPAA compliance knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Set up TMS device and monitor treatment sessions for patient comfort and accuracy
• Take patient vitals during Esketamine treatments and monitor for side effects
• Enter patient information and record session notes and superbill
• Provide compassionate patient care and build rapport
• Coordinate schedules for all provided services and maintain safety protocols
