Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Anchorage, AK is seeking a patient-centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient center. This full-time role offers training, steady hours, and a chance to grow clinical skills while supporting patients through treatment.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care, monitoring responses, accurate documentation in EHR, scheduling, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associated clinical certification or degree.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with office software and EHR systems; strong clinical interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by administering TMS and esketamine per clinical guidelines and monitoring patient responses.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out and billing procedures.
• Coordinate with insurance processes and support operational efficiency as needed.
