Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is recruiting a Clinical Technician to deliver SAINT TMS treatments and assist with Esketamine administration, EEG procedures, and cognitive testing in La Jolla, CA.

The role supports a multidisciplinary team focused on interventional psychiatry and brain health. Ideal candidates hold Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent) with strong communication and the ability to follow detailed protocols in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide empathetic patient care.
• Capacity to learn quickly, follow detailed clinical protocols, and adapt to dynamic care environments.
• Professionalism, reliability, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAINT TMS and other interventional treatments per clinical standards.
• Monitor and document patient responses in the EHR.
• Prepare treatment rooms and calibrate equipment for sessions.
• Coordinate with providers and escalate concerns when needed.
• Assist with Esketamine setup and monitoring as directed.
• Support data collection and collaboration with research teams.
