Salma Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Technician to support Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Esketamine treatments in Scottsdale, AZ.

The role combines hands-on clinical duties with front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced interventional psychiatry setting. You will administer TMS, monitor responses, document in the EHR, and assist with Esketamine procedures while coordinating patient flow and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide empathetic patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to balance direct patient care duties with front desk and administrative site oversight.
• Capacity to learn quickly, follow detailed clinical protocols, and adapt to dynamic care environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and comfort utilizing technology-enabled workflows.
• Professionalism, reliability, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• TMS Treatment Delivery (Primary): Administer conventional and SAINT TMS protocols.
• Monitor and document patient responses in the EHR.
• Prepare treatment rooms, calibrate equipment, and ensure patient readiness for each session.
• Communicate effectively with providers, escalating concerns as needed.
• Esketamine (Spravato) Support: Assist with setup, observation, and documentation.
• Support patient monitoring and safety throughout recovery.
• Administrative & Patient Support: Welcome patients and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation and data entry in the EHR.
• Maintain waiting areas, coordinate with care teams, and support onboarding of new staff.
• Track operational metrics and elevate issues to leadership.
• Occasional coverage outside regular hours with overtime compensation as per policy.
