Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Technician to support interventional psychiatry treatments, primarily SAINT TMS, with opportunities to assist Esketamine administration, EEG procedures, and cognitive testing.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide empathetic patient care.
• Capacity to learn quickly, follow detailed clinical protocols, and adapt to dynamic care environments.
• Professionalism, reliability, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• SAINT TMS Treatment Delivery (Primary) — Administer conventional and SAINT TMS protocols in accordance with clinical and safety standards.
• Monitor and document patient responses in the EHR.
• Prepare treatment rooms, calibrate equipment, and ensure patient readiness for each session.
• Communicate effectively with providers, escalating concerns as needed.
• Administrative & Patient Support — Greet patients and serve as a welcoming first point of contact.
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and follow-up coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation and data entry in the EHR.
• Esketamine (Spravato) Support — Assist with setup, observation, and documentation during Esketamine treatments.
• Support patient monitoring and safety throughout recovery.
• Interdisciplinary & Research Collaboration — Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and research teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in data collection and other clinical research activities as directed.
