Job summary

TRAX International Corp in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD seeks a Coordinator to manage TMDE calibration tasks and asset tracking. You will coordinate on-site pickups and deliveries, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with procedures while supporting a safe and efficient worksite.

The role requires up-to-date TMDE calibration experience, a valid CLASS C driver’s license, and prior military logistics exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Calibration (TMDE) experience, Associates of Arts Degree, and active CLASS C Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 4 years of Calibration (TMDE) experience, High School Diploma/GED, and active CLASS C Driver’s License.
• Served in the US Military and retained a Logistics – Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) in a related capacity for a minimum of 3 years, and active CLASS C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TMDE asset tracking and documentation.
• Follow Army regulations and SOPs; prepare monthly reports.
• Input and track data in internal databases and coordinate on-site pickups/deliveries.
• Label devices with DA labels and ensure proper calibration records.
• Assist in maintaining safety, security, and quality controls.
