Job summary

The Mushroom Company in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician / CMMS Assistant to join the Maintenance team. This full-time role supports PM schedules, tracks work orders, and maintains maintenance records.

Responsibilities include CMMS entry, report preparation, and coordination with other departments. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience and CMMS proficiency, plus basic maintenance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical education is a plus.
• 1-3 years in maintenance, manufacturing, facilities, CMMS, or related admin work.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS software such as Limble, SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and data entry.

• Maintain accurate equipment, parts, and maintenance records.

The Mushroom Company is a food manufacturing company located in Cambridge, Maryland. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented PM Technician / CMMS Assistant to join our Maintenance team.

This position plays an important role in keeping our equipment running efficiently by supporting preventive maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and track preventive maintenance (PM) work orders.
