Torch Technologies is seeking a Financial Manager SME at Eglin AFB, FL to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across programs. You will analyze data, perform EVM assessments, generate management materials, and ensure compliance with FM policy while supporting decision-making for funding and scheduling.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field and possess hands-on experience with federal funding documents, audits, and rapid analysis in a security-crystal
