As the Treasury Management Support Specialist Team Lead, you will lead the Treasury Management Support Specialist Team and support a Treasury Management Consultant. You have working knowledge of all systems associated with Treasury Management processes, procedures and products. You coach the TM Support Specialist Team and conduct one-on-one meetings to instill value, understand issues and overcome obstacles. You recognize opportunities for improvement and take action to ensure your team functions properly and efficiently. You establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and take appropriate action if they are not being met. You are dedicated and provide energy, inspiration, leadership and support to your team, partners, and clients. You collaborate and share ideas with your team and partners. Responsible tor goal setting, and semi-annual and annual performance reviews.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support and coaching to TM Support Specialist to help TMC’s drive business and Portfolio Management.
• Leads Treasury Management Support Teams activities that generate new revenue or assist the TMC’s.
• Builds a high-performing team. Onboards and trains new Treasury Management Support Specialists.
• Leads team’s efforts to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Sets clear performance actions.
• Leads TM Support Specialist team to expand their knowledge, capabilities and production.
• Provides ongoing actionable coaching and feedback.
• Develops and maintains strong and effective partnerships for our internal and external customers benefit.
• Identifies potential efficiency improvements and assists in the development of alternative methods.
• Solicits input from your team and takes action on feedback and concerns.
• Assists the Treasury Management sales team with managing existing client relationships in order to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of clients as well as service goals.
• Assists TMO with identifying top 25 customers and help ensure reviews/meetings are scheduled annually at minimum
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities
• Identifies process and procedure gaps
• Provides direct client service for deposit and Treasury Management products and services.
• Builds client relationships by identifying client needs, recognizing cross-sell opportunities, and communicates them to Treasury Management Sales Officers and/or management.
• Coordinates proper and accurate documentation related to Treasury Management product implementations, pricing, and exception pricing set-up.
• Accurately prepares and maintains various monthly and ad hoc sales and service reports in a timely manner, i.e. Monthly Pipeline and revenue tracking
• Maintains and develops a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Corporate Banking products and services. Develops an awareness of other partner lines of business and products in order to identify bank-wide cross-sell opportunities.
• Assists Treasury Management Sales Consultants with the preparation of proposals and pricing proformas as needed.
• Supports the ACH Credit Risk process through the preparation of new limit and limit renewal requests.
• Works with Treasury Management Sales Consultants to oversee the proper execution of agreements in accordance with bank policy.
• Creates and maintains the corporate client files and provides the appropriate follow-up as necessary.
• Researches more complex issues and provides resolutions. Assists with pricing inquiries and answers questions on accounts. Works with branches/offices and prepares maintenances.
• Maintains a working knowledge of Book of Business within assigned portfolios to be able to answer questions for clients when the Treasury Management Consultants are unavailable. Builds relationships with clients so that they have an alternative contact person within First Commonwealth.
• Coordinates items required by Audit and follows-up on findings when applicable.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

• An associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience required. Prior knowledge of sales development is preferred.
• Excellent MS Word and Excel skills, Customer Service and communication skills, ability to work as a team player and prioritize work effectively are all required.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn internal systems are required.
