Job summary

First Bank Midwest in Indiana is seeking a Treasury Management professional to support TM customers, assist Sales and Relationship Managers, and collaborate with TM Operations & Product. You will onboard customers, set up accounts, maintain files, and process TM transactions while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• TM Customer Service & Operations: onboarding and maintenance of TM customers, setup of products/services, and handling online banking tasks.
• Maintain customer files, prepare new legal agreements/contracts, and support TM transactions (transfers, deposits, wires).
• Provide customer service for temporary limit increases on TM transactions and respond to inquiries.
• Research, compile data, and prepare periodic reviews for TM customers.
• Processing of various banking transactions and back-up support for Merchant Services.
• Reporting: prepare and review monthly and quarterly TM-related reports.
• Other duties as assigned and explanation of bank services to customers.

Perform various tasks associated with Treasury Management (TM) products and services. Provides operational support to the TM Operations & Product Manager and customer service support to TM Sales Officer, Relationship Managers, and TM Customers

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. TM Customer Service & Operations – 75%

• Accountable for onboarding & continued maintenance/requests of all TM customers.
• Setup products/services (including account analysis)
• Maintain customer files and prepare new legal agreements/contracts for online banking customers.
• Provide customer service related to temporary limit increases on TM service transactions.
• Research, compile data and prepare periodic reviews for TM customers.
• Archive and index completed forms into image system.
• Accountable for the opening of new business deposit accounts for TM customers.
• Includes check, deposit tickets & endorsement stamp ordering and other new account related tasks.
• Process various banking transactions for TM customers such as funds transfer, deposits, wire transfers, debit card increases, stop payments, etc.
• Handle incoming telephone support for TM customers
• Hardware installation for Remote Deposit Capture and ongoing support for TM customers

2. Reporting – 20%

• Prepare and review various monthly and quarterly reports.

3. Other – 5%

• Provide back-up to Merchant Services.
• Explain bank services and charges to customers.

4. Other duties as assigned.
