Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Technology Logistics Center (TLC) Supply Chain Operations Supervisor in Smyrna, TN. The role oversees daily TLC operations, guides technicians, and drives performance metrics to meet quality and safety standards.

You will mentor staff, lead meetings, manage staffing, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A 4-year degree or equivalent leadership experience and WMS/Manufacturing background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Warehouse/Manufacturing Experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and apply problem solving techniques in day-to-day activities.
• High energy level, detail oriented, initiative in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work with a well diverse team.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staffing levels to meet safety, quality and production plans.
• Mentor, coach, and train repair technicians on new procedures.
• Ensure repairs meet or exceed standards.
• Supervise technicians inspecting and testing defective wireless electronics.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate targets and updates.
• Conduct monthly 1x1 discussions and performance reviews.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement efforts across the department.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and policies.
