Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and six college units in early childhood education.
• Experience with children or families in social services or educational settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise students and maintain safety in a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist certificated TK teacher by reinforcing instruction for individuals or small groups.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the teacher.
• Support classroom routines, prepare materials, and maintain records as needed.
• Provide basic first aid and supervise students during activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and behavior management.
