Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CBEST test required.
• Assist with instructional activities under teacher direction.
• Support behavior management and track student behaviors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing materials for class and locating resources.
• Work with individual students or small groups as directed by the teacher.
• Monitor use of instructional equipment and keep learning areas tidy.
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and staff; assist with translation when needed.
• Meet regularly with staff to plan activities and review assignments.
