defi SOLUTIONS in Amherst, NY is seeking a Titles Specialist on the Call Team in a hybrid role. You will handle inbound calls about title processing and work to ensure perfected titles for multiple clients, including coordination with DMVs and dealerships.

The role requires a high school diploma and data entry experience, with proficiency in Windows software (Word/Excel/Outlook). Notary Public must be obtained within 90 days, with company support for the test and renewals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one-year experience in high-volume, data entry and administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Titles Specialist will manage titles for auto retail & lease portfolios for various clients, including title perfection follow-up with DMV, dealerships and customers.
• Notary Public within 90 days of employment; defi SOLUTIONS will pay for the test and renewals.
