Traveling Senior Superintendent - Nationwide

The Role

Oversees construction site operations from planning to completion, ensuring project performance aligns with timelines and budgets. Manages multiple high-profile, large-value contracts across various locations. Promotes and adheres to the company's safety program, fostering a safety-first culture among all employees and subcontractors. Supervises and mentors support staff and junior roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
• 5+ years' experience on multi-trade projects ranging from $5M to $20M
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and personnel at all levels
• Effective resource management skills, including vendors, subcontractors, and time, with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage large, high-profile projects, coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, scope, and project development, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards. Complete daily reports and oversee punch-list and project closeout.
• Subcontractor Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and support staff across multiple projects and locations, maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with Centennial's HSEQ guidelines, OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, and other regulations.

This role requires ongoing travel to various project sites across the U.S., often involving driving between locations. Work includes both office and construction site environments, with physical demands such as walking uneven terrain, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating in various weather conditions.
