Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ResWare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail, FedEx deliveries, and original documents.
• Monitor queues in ResWare and Outlook inboxes; assist with changes and revisions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; provide status updates on title clearance and document revisions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
• Escalate customer complaints as needed to uphold service standards.
