McCarthy Holthus is seeking a detail-oriented Title Specialist to support the Title Team in a high-volume post-foreclosure role in Plano, TX. The position involves reviewing title reports, submitting conveyance packages, preparing and filing documents, and curing title issues while coordinating seller sides of REO closings and communicating with clients about delays or issues.

Responsibilities

• Review of title reports completely and identifying issues.
• Documenting & communicating review results to client.
• Establishing an accurate chain of title, preparing post sale conveyance documents.
• Identify title issues & communicate them to the client.
• Initiate title curative actions and follow up on title issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
