Responsibilities

• Review title reports and identify issues.
• Document and communicate review results to clients.
• Establish an accurate chain of title and prepare post-sale conveyance documents.
• Identify title issues and communicate them to the client.
• Initiate title curative actions and follow up on title issues.
• May perform other duties to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
