Qualifications

  • Licensed Title Agent or Underwriter in one or more U.S. states.
  • Familiarity with ALTA standards and renewable energy land structures (leases, easements, options).

Responsibilities

  • Review title commitments, exception documents, surveys, and recorded instruments for solar project sites.
  • Underwrite title insurance policies for fee, leasehold, and easement interests.
