Job summary

Amynta Group's PDP Group division in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Title Service Representative to join our team. The role focuses on following up on motor vehicle titles, communicating with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and agency personnel, and ensuring timely receipt of documents.

The position is full-time with several shifts available and offers a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate keying and clear speech.
• Strong knowledge of title service functions.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs or auto dealers.

Responsibilities

• Review queues and follow-up to obtain title documents.
• Review title documents for corrections and process changes.
• Release leased or retail title documents per state/client guidelines.
• Contact clients by phone or email.
• Answer incoming calls from clients, dealers, and customers.
• Process incoming title-related work from client requests, department notices, or mail/FedEx.
