The CSR will handle title document requests via email and phone, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with clients, dealers, and DMV representatives to ensure accurate processing and timely updates.

• Maintain multiple client requirements and support several clients simultaneously.
• Process title transactions within the full title management scope.
