Responsibilities

Copy or summarize recorded documents (mortgages, deeds, agreements) into a spreadsheet for our clients.

Obtain tax bills/certificates from the county treasurer’s office.

Make decisions on production matters as designated by the production manager.

Send instruments to be recorded to all counties in the United States; must be familiar with e-recordings at each county level.
