Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks a Title Curative Specialist I to manage title claims across New York, New Jersey and Florida. The role entails reviewing issues, notifying clients, and filing or monitoring claims, working with underwriters and title counsel until resolution.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Florida e-filing platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with foreclosure compliance procedures is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Review title issues and determine filing or monitoring approach with necessary client systems.
• Coordinate with underwriters and title counsel until resolution of the title issue.
• Keep FW and client systems updated and current.
