Job summary

DLRdmv is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to execute out-of-state title and registration applications for dealership clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state requirements. The role reports to the DLR50 Customer Experience Manager and requires strong knowledge of vehicle titling regulations across all 50 states.

Ideal candidates will have excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working for an out-of-state titling service highly preferred.
• Quality writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Systems.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Examine documents for accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with field and department team members.
• Support other team members as a subject matter expert.
• Make accurate corrections when needed.
• Track and update various documents as needed.
• Report habitual errors to manager.
• Work diligently and accurately to meet personal and team goals.
